Jobs
One list. Change a status by clicking it. An estimate stays out of your numbers until you say the car is coming in.
Software for collision shops
Your Mitchell estimates come in with one drag and drop. An empty box never stops you. Every screen shows what you need and leaves out the rest.
Every car, start to finish
01What you use now
None of it is hard to fix. It is what software turns into after fifteen years of things being added and nothing taken away.
Six seconds for a list to come up, forty times a day, for everyone on the floor. You learn to go and do something else while you wait.
Count them on your jobs screen. You read past eighteen to find the one you came for, and you do it again tomorrow.
Mitchell does not always send a phone number or a claim number. So you type a zero to get past the screen, and now that zero is in your records.
Menus inside menus, a different screen for each change, and a save button that is easy to miss. Everyone you hire has to be taught it.
02Getting estimates in
This is the part worth paying for. It reads Mitchell files exactly as Mitchell writes them, checked against real exports rather than guessed at.
Write the estimate in Mitchell and export it. The files land in the same folder as always. Nothing about your day changes.
Drop the whole folder on the page. You see what is new before anything is saved, and anything already in is skipped. Drop the same folder every day if you like.
| Estimate | Vehicle | Status |
|---|---|---|
| 6599546 | 2021 Ford F-150 | New |

| 5100024 | 2018 Ram 1500 | Imported before |
Vehicle, owner, insurer, every line of the estimate, and the parts ready to order. Import a supplement later and it lands on the same job, with the price changes listed.

03What is in it
Every screen starts with the few columns that do the job. The rest are one click away and stay where you put them. To change something, click it and type. There is no save button to forget.
One list. Change a status by clicking it. An estimate stays out of your numbers until you say the car is coming in.
Every part across every open job on one screen, so ordering is one sitting. A part you have ordered stays ordered when a supplement lands.
Photos sit on the job and export as one PDF. The estimate, work order, invoice and parts list all print.
What you made, what you are owed, how late it is, and what is still in the shop. Worked out from the jobs, not typed in.

04Price
There is one version and every shop gets all of it. No charge per person, and no quote that depends on how big your shop looks.
A month, per shop

05Who built it
I write estimates for a living. I built this because I had to use the other thing every day.
Every decision in here came from a job that took longer than it should have. Nothing is mandatory unless it truly cannot work without it. Screens start small and you add what you want. The estimates come in the way Mitchell already sends them, because changing how you export is work for you.
Worth knowing before you buy
It is one person. There is no support floor and I am not going to pretend otherwise. What you get instead is that the person who writes the software knows what a supplement is, and a fix happens in a week rather than a release cycle.
06Get in touch
Within a day
I write back. One person, not a sequence.
Half an hour, when it suits you
A walkthrough on a screen share, or at the shop if you are near Calgary. Bring one of your own exports and we will import it while you watch.
Then 14 days
Your own shop, set up properly, with your repair order numbers carried on from where they are now. No card until you decide.
